I have been using their starter kit for about a month now and I am very impressed. First of all, it is bismuth free and only contains four ingredients. Mineral Hygienics Foundation has only four Ingredients: Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Mica and Zinc Oxide. It DOES not contain fragrances, talc, bismuth oxychloride, dyes, parabens, mineral oil, saligylates, carmine, synthetic fragrances, methylparaben, petro-chemicals, or anything else. They call their finishing powders "Velvet Powders". Now I am a huge fan of Bare Minerals's Mineral Veil, but I like this as much, maybe even better. I think this definitely contributes to the makeup's all day staying power. This only had four ingredients: mica, rice powder, corn starch and iron oxides. What I really like about this powder is that it is really translucent. Mineral Veil is not truly translucent, unless you have very fair skin you have to get one of the tinted versions or use an all over face color after applying it because it definitely lightens up the look of the foundation. The company recommends using this as a primer also if you have oiler skin, fine lines and wrinkles or enlarged pores. I did this a few times and I really do like the results. (You use it before and after the foundation.)

Mineral Hygienics Mineral Enhancers consist of two bronzers and two illuminators. The bronzers are very sheer and subtle. You can use them all over your face for a nice light wash of color. I really like that they have a bronzer for cool skin tones and one for warm skin tones.

Mineral Hygienics Kabuki Brush is the best Kabuki brush ever. I have a lot of different Kabukis that I do not care for because they apply too much makeup. This one is perfect. It is soft and fluffy and it puts the perfect amount of makeup on. Plus it has not shedded one bit, unlike many of the others.
