Bare Escentuals Review: Mineral Makeup Causes Itching

I love the look Bare Minerals gives but if I get the least little bit warm my face begins to itch and burn and I can't wait to wash it off my face! I'm sorry I purchased so much of it initially. I have tried many different primers and have tried the matte Bare Minerals foundation (because I was told that it would not itch) to no avail. I am not certain if it is the bismuth that causes the burning and itching but I am going to try a brand that does not have bismuth to see.

Take a look at Mineral Hygienics - it is bismuth-free, only has 4 ingredients and provides a great long lasting coverage. Another option would be PurMinerals - it is a pressed mineral makeup. I have never head of anyone itching from either one of these.
