I used Bare Minerals for a couple of months and loved the feel and look of it-then it started to make my face itch!! I have since read the likely ingredient causing that unpleasant side effect is Bismuth Oxychloride, which is similar to arsenic and not good for your skin.
Even more frustrating was the lack of customer service I received when I wrote the company asking for advice on the itching. I did not even recieve an acknowledgement.
