Comparison: Sheer Cover vs Bare Minerals

I have tried Sheer Cover and Bare Minerals. Currently I have many jars of Bare Minerals in my vanity that I am not using. Tried Bare Minerals first and then tried Sheer Coverage. Bare Minerals in comparison is heavier coverage, the light shades that came in my kit had yellowish tinge not flattering to my coloring. It did not seem to blend as well as the Sheer Coverage. Sheer Coverage has shades that are very complementary to my coloring, almost invisible when blended, but provide a light but flawless coverage. I do plan to try other brands. I am not a big fan of the Sheer Coverage auto ship program as I use make up very sparingly and only several times per week rather than daily. So the auto ship programs both Sheer Coverage and Bare Minerals have loads me up with products to quickly. Plus the other products (lotions) that come with both programs are terrible.

Sheer Cover & Bare Escentuals

I've used Sheer Cover for 6 months and Bare Escentuals for 3 months. If I have to compare both, I would say that Bare Escentuals is better. To be totally honest, I didn't like either brand of mineral makeup because I end up breaking out. I'm still searching for a brand of mineral makeup that can look natural on me, cover well, last long, and doesn't break me out.

My sister gave me all her bare minerals make-up. I've tried it serveral times and there is no comparison. Sheer cover's coverage is much better. My complaint with sheer cover is that it's so much trouble and expensive buying through them. I search and buy it other places.

Completely agree with the first post...bare minerals is heavy and sheer coverage is lighter and colors are more complimentary. However, I will be trying Jane Iredale.
