Disappointed with Mary Kay Mineral Make up

As a user of BareMineral make up and Sheer Cover mineral make up, I was curious about Mary Kay's version. As soon as I brushed the first stroke I noticed the smell. The scent reminded me of my grandmother's make up when I was a little girl, heavy and talc-ey. The make up went on very dry and made my face feel tight. I did not get the mineral "glow" that I get with other brands of mineral make up and even had a friend notice that I had changed make up. So, needless to say I was disappointed and will go back to my other brands.
