I have used all the top of the line minerals. I have Rosacea (very sensitive skin) and am willing to pay for the right cosmetics. Avon's minerals have proved to be a winner in every way. Compatible colors, excellent coverage and the $$$ is unbelievable compared to others. My first choice! I do not like Bare Minerals, it is over priced and personally I do not like to glow!

I like the coverage it gives. Not thrilled that it has a longer list of ingredients, but for the price it is great. Also the Mineral Mk-up Pressed powder is great for touch-ups. It seems to dry out my skin a little more, so I still use the loose minerals for regular coverage and the Pressed for touch-ups only. And I've tried several brands of mineral mkup. This is the best for the price.

I have used Avon Mineral Make-up since it came out. It is way better the the more $$$$ ones. It has also improved since it first came out. I am 66 and use to use only Estee Lauder. Now I buy everything Avon. My skin looks like a 30 years old. Wonderful make-up and I love the shades too.

I just love these cosmetics, I usually wear sheer cover and let me tell you that avon is way better for me, I have oily skin that breaks out from time to time and I just love how this makeup goes on smooth without breaking my skin out....

Read about the woman who said her mineral makeup from Avon flaked..could be due to dry skin. I use Anew products. I'm 53 years old, and everything in my linen closet for my face is from Avon. The price is right, and the products are great. The only thing thus far I do not care for is the mascara, but everything else, from the Anew creams, to the face cleansers, to the mineral makeup look and feel perfect.

I've been using Avon's Ideal Shade Mineral foundation since it was introduced and absolutely swear by it! The coverage is fantastic and long-wearing. The price can't be beat!

I've tried BE and didn't like the shimmer or the coverage. Avon goes on great and stays on all day without drying my skin. I had trouble with finding the right color so I mix two shades.

Avon minerals - patchy results

I tried Avon minerals. Very soon, it went patchy and caked on my skin. I suspect this is because my skin is dry/dehydrated, and this brand of mineral foundation is more suited to oily skin. I think the ingredients are not 100% minerals.
