I started out with Bare Minerals but, if it is not applied just right it ends up with a type of sheen/shine to it. I've since switched to Mary Kay which is yes cheaper and I think it is a better product. It goes on easily and no matter how many times or what way you put it on it doesn't get that freaky shine/sheen. It still hasn't solved my oily skin issue though. By noon the oil is breaking through and I have to blot and reapply. If you're searching I would give it a try. It does come with a money back guarantee so why not?

Mary Kay has a product called oil modifier. i use it first, let it dry for about a minute. remember a lot goes a long way. then put on you r mineral makeup. you can put just a little more on your most troubled areas. you wont need to blot or reapply anything. it works great. you put the modifier on after your moisturizer. be sure to give it time to dry or you will be just wasting your time.
