Not Impressed with Avon Mineral Makeup

This was my 1st mineral makeup and was almost my last when I saw how awful it made my skin look. There was extreme shine within a few hours and my skin is closer to normal, than it is oily. The larger pores I have, looked even bigger. The only good thing I can say is the color I had was a great choice and it looked nice on my upper eyelid, but everywhere else it made my skin look worse than without.

Note to Lorrie - it sounds like you may be using too much product. There is a definite learning curve to using mineral makeup and it takes a lot less to cover than you think. I would suggest using less product and buff, buff, buff - the buffing action is what warms the minerals up to skin temp and causes them to melt in to the skin.
