Not what I expected from Mary Kay Mineral Makeup

I've been using some MK products for a few years, and was excited to try their new mineral makeup. In their liquid and powder foundations, I have always used Beige 300 and Beige I powders. So... I ordered beige 1 mineral foundation. After I put it on, I had to look twice at myself, my face appeared very orange. When I compared the container with the loose powder that I usually use from MK, the mineral makeup was WAY darker and much more orange. I was too discouraged to try a lighter shade, I felt a little ripped off that the colors did not match as they should.

However, it went on nicely, good coverage without too much product. The smell wasn't great. Guess I'll try another brand next time.
