Sheer Cover Review: "Dont waste your time..."

If you want good mineral coverage this isnt for you. I purchased this product thinking that i had finally found the "Holy Grail" of mineral make up. I was impressed by the celebrities on the commercial.... It arrived and it SUCKED!! First of all im light skinned so i got the lightest kit they had for "Fair" skin (which didn't turn out to be fair, it looked like it was meant for tanned or medium skin tones). Of course it turned out that i needed the even "lighter skin toned kit called Bisque, which you don't find out until after ur already too dark kit arrives, so ull have to wait for your next kit to be upgraded to ur color. by the way they don't tell u about the "Bisque" color anywhere on the TV commercial. The cover up thats supposed to get rid of dark circles and other imperfections didn't cover anything, it was grainy and it felt like i was putting cornmeal on my face. The powder didn't cover either i could still make out every single freckle on my face and their barely noticeable!! The little free eyeshadow gift was small and was actually greasy and its supposed to be mineral eyeshadow. Their moisturizer actually DRIED up my skin!! And i dont even have sensitive skin, i was pealing off pieces of skin off my face only minutes after using it. Overall it looked and felt like old cheap make up. I have bought mineral make up from AVON catalogs that are cheaper, bigger and work 50 times better than the crap they sent me!! The worst part is there is supposed to be like a 30 day money back guaranteed no questions asked which when u call they actually tell you u have 7 days to return the kit, otherwise u dont get ur money back, (and they do ask u a lot of questions as to why u want to return the product, i had to defend myself against their questioning) They failed to tell me there were certain steps i had to take in order to actually get my money back. For example there is a form (a small one) that you have to fill out and sent with the kit if you want your money back. I had a total of 6 calls i had to make to actually find out that i needed that form!!!! They gave me the runaround telling me different steps each time i called that i had to take before actually sending the kit back. I had to finally call and complain to a supervisor who then revealed to me the actual steps. By the way because of the inaccurate steps that i took (due to their own employees telling me the wrong information!) i didnt get my $35 dollars back or the $5 i had to spend to send it back. the only thing i got when i called about it was an "Im very sorry for ur inconvenience we will make sure to speak to those who gave you the wrong steps" For gods sake don't buy this crap!!!!
